Rich currently serves as the Director of Government Affairs to Brightspeed. He has decades of broadband and telecommunication experience, previously holding positions at Virginia Telecommunication Industry Association (VTIA), CenturyLink, Comcast and the Virginia Telecommunication Cable Association (VCTA) - Broadband Association of Virginia. Rich completed his law degree at the Catholic University of America, and holds a BA of Psychology from the University of Rochester.
