Gary serves as the Managing Director of the National Capital Regional for Per Scholas. He also founded and serves as the Chairman to the National Economic Mobility Initiatives - NEMICORP. Prior to joining the Per Scholas, Gary served as the Executive Director to PCs for People. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Morris Brown College.
