Evan is the Director of Broadband Equity, Access and Deployment at NTIA. Evan previously served as the Chief Broadband Advisor for Virginia Governor Ralph Northam, and as Executive Director of Virginia's Tobacco Region Revitalization Commission. Evan has worked on multiple campaigns at the state and federal level, and at the Commonwealth Institute. He received his bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia and his law degree from Washington and Lee University School of Law.
