Deborah Lathen

Deborah is a nationally recognized leader and expert on media, telecommunications, regulation, and public policy. In 2001, she founded Lathen Consulting LLC where she advises clients on telecommunications regulatory and policy matters. She has served as a non-executive member of the Board of Directors of BT (British Telecom). Deborah was appointed to a Senior Executive position in the Clinton Administration as Chief of the Cable Services Bureau, Federal Communications Commission (FCC). She had principal responsibility for review of some of the largest U.S. telecom mergers. She is a graduate of Cornell University, Magna Cum Laude, and the Harvard Law School. She is a member of the California Bar.
