Cindy presently Continuing Education Consultant in the Library and Networking Division of the Library of Virginia and Librarian Coordinator at Virginia Department of Corrections, has worked in the library and information profession for 36 years. Cindy has served on several State boards, including as Chair of the State Networking Users Advisory Board and the LSTA Advisory Board. She has worked in academic, corporate and government libraries. She earned a Master’s Degree in Library Science from North Carolina Central University and a bachelor’s degree in Library Science from Radford University.
